Code Of Conduct

Eligibility requirements:

• Must be female, 18 + years old
• Must be clean and sober for a minimum of six months –Written  recommendation from current treatment center Director and staff
• Must be working and/or going to college
• Must be actively seeking recovery through AA, NA, After Care, etc.
• If applicable, must satisfy all probation and / or parole requirements
• Must be cleared of all pending court charges i.e. no outstanding warrants
• Must pay a non-refundable deposit of $ 300.00 before move- in and remain current on rent each month - $450.00/month (single occupancy rate)

Code of Conduct

• No alcohol or drug usage
• No association with known users/dealers/etc.
• No smoking allowed inside apartment
• No male visitors/parties permitted without prior approval and permission of management
• No sexual relationships while living on GraceWay property
• No pets
